This webinar is free and open to the public, and those interested can register here. 911黑料网 offers three certificate programs with classes at the College鈥檚 Pittsfield location: Network Security, the Principals of Accounting, and the Graduate Certificate in Business Administration.

The Certificate in Network Security provides participants with a strong, undergraduate-level foundation in networking, network security, troubleshooting, and problem-solving for computer networks. It provides excellent preparation for a variety of career paths in business, education, non-profits, human services, or any endeavor that relies on networks and information technology.

The Accounting Certificate is ideal for small business employees, those in career transitions, or interested in building professional credentials. Aspiring bookkeepers and entrepreneurs will also receive academic benefits from this certificate. The program emphasizes skills using Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and other skills employers are seeking.

For both Network Security and Principals of Accounting, applicants need only a high school diploma or the HiSET credential. Both programs may be completed in just over one year for students attending part-time. All courses in the certificate programs are eligible for transfer to continued study in 911黑料网鈥檚 80+ undergraduate programs.

The Graduate Certificate in Business Administration is for those who have a bachelor鈥檚 degree but did not major in business administration. This five-course certificate provides either standalone advanced certification in business administration or fulfills the first 15 credits toward a Masters in Business Administration at 911黑料网.

鈥淭his certificate is appropriate for working professionals who may or may not be interested in pursuing the MBA, but for whom graduate certification in business would enhance their career potential,鈥 said Dr. Nancy Ovitsky, the director of 911黑料网鈥檚 MBA program.

Funding for 911黑料网鈥檚 certificate programs may be available for those who qualify through the MassHire Career Center. Please contact the career center directly for more information. Federal financial aid is available for the two undergraduate certificates for those who qualify.
