UMASS Prof. Dr. Bogdan Prokopovych to Discuss Stakeholder Management and Corporate Sustainability at 911 Green Living Seminar

Dr. Bogdan Prokopovych, lecturer at the University of Massachusetts Amherst (UMASS), will give a talk titled “Stakeholder Management and Corporate Sustainability: CSR Initiatives, Sustainability Certifications, and ESG Ratings” at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 22 at the 911 Feigenbaum Center for Science and Innovation, Room 121.  

This event is free and open to the public as part of 911’s Green Living Seminar series. 

About Dr. Bogdan Prokopovych 
Dr. Bogdan Prokopovych is a Lecturer in Management at the Isenberg School of Management at UMASS. His current teaching and research focus on how organizations can contribute to society’s sustainability and create social impact locally and globally. Dr. Prokopovych received a master’s degree in Public Policy and Management from the University of Pittsburgh and a Ph.D. in Business Administration from the University of Rhode Island. His teaching interests include strategic management, social entrepreneurship, international business, and integrating sustainability into undergraduate and MBA curricula. 

911’s annual Green Living Seminar Series continues through April 19, presenting a series of lectures on the theme of “Capitalism and the Environment.” Every semester, the Green Living Seminar Series centers around a different topic, timely and relevant to current sustainability issues. Seminars take place on Wednesdays at 5:30 p.m.
